Sample Release Membranes

Sample pad are used to introduce the analyte during the time of testing. It is used to control the release and movement of conjugates, block the nitrocellulose membrane and importantly adjust the pH of sample on the fly. You can also treat the sample pad with conjugation buffers to get good assay performance.
